INVESTMENT COMPANY

Egerton University Investment Company is a medium sized, organization, wholly owned by Egerton University. It comprises three units: ARC Hotel, Ngongogeri Farm and Lord Egerton Castle. To achieve our goals and high levels of efficiency, we are seeking for applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals with excellent credentials to fill the vacant position at Lord Egerton Castle. This will be a one (1) year contract renewable based on performance with a Gross Salary of Ksh. 20,000.00. The person will however be subjected to a three months’ probation period before being confirmed.

TICKETING CLERK (1 POSITION) EUICO/MD/2023/2024/ra-LORD EGERTON CASTLE

• A minimum of Grade C in KCSE. 
• A minimum of Certificate/Diploma in the relevant field from any accredited government institution
• Certificate of Good Conduct
• A minimum of 1year experience in cashiering /front office.
• A proven ability in Customer care and public relation
• Experience with working with any accounting system is an added advantage

The Ticketing Clerk will be responsible for:  

• Providing excellent customer service to the guests
• Receiving and verifying payment from the guests and provide a receipt.
• Receiving bookings and reservations from guests
• Handing over guests to the Tour Guides
• Forwarding guests complaints to the Supervisor on time
• Keeping proper guests’ records to future reference.
