Interested and Eligible Bidders may obtain the physical prequalification documents from the Euico procurement office on 1st floor Arc Hotel, Egerton University during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, 8.00a.m. - 4.00p.m. With exception of public holidays. 

Registration documents may be delivered physically or electronically through email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. All prequalification document shall be downloaded at Euico's website, www.archotel.ac.ke or tenders.go.ke. 

Complete Registration documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked "PREQUALIFICATION NUMBER -------FOR ----- should be deposited in the TENDER BOX situated at the entrance to secretary office on the ground floor,Arc Hotel Building. Large documents that cannot fit in the tender box shall be registered at the Procurement office located on 1st floor Arc Hotel Building. The tender documents should be addressed to:

So as to reach the undersigned not later than the date and time indicated above. The opening of the bids will take place thereafter at ARC Hotel, Egerton on the same day in the presence of the bidders who will be interested to attend.
